Please submit the re-entry form on or before 3 p.m 11th June (Friday)
Remarks:
- All swimmers must register with HKGSA staffs and return the Health Declaration Form before entering the Pool. (Forms will not be provided onsite)
- Due to limitation of Pool Capacity, a swimmer could only be accompanied by 1 guest.
- In order to have a smooth registration, please all swimmers get change upon arrival.
- Due to limitation of Pool Capacity, NO medals will be given to medallist on the event day. Please concerned Club Coaches collect the medals at HKASA office start from the 3rd working days after the event day.
- Everyone must leave the swimming pool within 1 hour after competition completed.
